Monday, August 8th, 2016 marks the start of a two-year countdown to the FDA’s near prohibition of 99% of vapor products currently on the market. To prevent this, we have a specific ask of congress to update the 2007 predicate date to 2016. This is a necessary first step in a larger legislative battle to keep the diverse range of vapor products available. Take action TODAY by calling your congressman and urging them to support a change to the predicate date in the tobacco control act.
